24/7 Fitness Center

PLS The Rock is a 7,000+ sq foot gym with a full weight room including free weights and machines, and various cardio equipment. We are a 24/7 weight lifting gym that is stocked with Hammer Strength equipment. We pride ourselves in the old school feel. Most of our members have been at this gym for decades. The friendly, family oriented environment will make you understand why this is truly a gem in the downtown of Reidsville. 

We offer many membership options including daily, cash paying and auto draft. Online memberships are limited. PLS The Rock also serves a leadership program for the teens attending PLS programs and a food pantry to feed families in the community. While the gym has 400+ members, it is the ministries main funding avenue. For our programs with the teens, the boys get to workout and learn how to maintain a healthy mental and physical regimen along with healthy diet. Our teens are expected to make passing grades in all classes, in thus we provide a tutoring center to help with the progress in academics. In all, the gym is a place for the teens to be pushed past what they think their capabilities are in all spheres of being, while also getting to interact with men and women of the community, in which we see both the members of the gym and the teens transformed in these relationships.
